A data center campus in the MORE Industrial Park in Hämeenlinna, southern Finland — one hour from Helsinki.
Magnora Data Center has since January 2026 developed the project in close dialogue with the City of Hämeenlinna and local stakeholders. The site is zoned for data center use and has received building permit for the data center.
First phase is 120 MW, with plans to develop a significantly larger multi-site campus in the years after. Grid connection is scheduled for Q1 2029, potentially already in H2 2028.
