The company’s disclosures of inside information ref. MAR article 17
According to EU regulation in MAR article 17(1) and corresponding Norwegian legislation, inside information disclusures shall be published on the company’s website in addition to being publised as stock exchange announcements. Such disclosures follow below.

16 September 2026 
Magnora Data Center ASA announced investment in a joint venture to develop up to 400 MW data center in Risti 
The company published in a stock exchange announcement on 16 September 2026 at 07:45 (CET) that it had entered into an agreement with the energy infrastructure group Sunly AS to acquire a 50% stake in the Risti Kampus data center project. Sunly owning the other 50% and the adjacent energy park. Scale of the data center project: 180 MW in phase 1, expandable up to 400 MW.

2 June 2026 
Magnora Data Center ASA announced that its private placement was successfully placed
This was published in a stock exchange announcement on 2 June 2026 at 23:40 (CET). The private placement raised gross proceeds of NOK 650 million conditional upon the allocation of 50,000,000 new shares in the Company at a fixed subscription price of NOK 13.00 per Offer Share.

1 June 2026 
Magnora Data Center ASA announced a contemplated private placement and subsequent listing on Euronext Growth Oslo
This was published in a stock exchange announcement 1 June 2026 at 07:30 (CET). The subscription price per Offer Share in the Private Placement was set at a fixed price of NOK 13.00, corresponding to a pre-money equity value of the company of NOK 650 million, to raise gross proceeds of up to NOK 650 million.
